This platoon plan will be only for licensed commercial vehicles. All the vehicles that fall under this platoon plan use connected vehicle platooning technology that is warranted as safe by the provider and manufacturer. Each vehicle in the platoon will have a human operator with a valid driver’s license for the type or class of vehicle being operated. The vehicles under this platoon plan comply with the state laws relating to height, width and load limits. The submitter has current and valid minimum liability insurance for the vehicles operating under this platoon plan.
