By submitting an application, the applicant warrants that the information provided is true, correct and reliable for purposes of evaluation for potential grant award. The applicant also certifies that construction has not started on the project for which it is requesting a MRSI grant. The applicant understands that if it is successful in securing a MRSI grant for this project, only those costs incurred after a grant agreement is executed will be eligible for reimbursement of grant funds.
