Application for Technology Projects

Use this form is to propose large capital technology projects (cost greater than or equal to $5,000) for the next four years. Projects identified for 2022 will be considered candidates for award through the 2022 grant program. The list of projects identified for years 2023 through 2026 will be recorded and maintained for consideration of future annual grant awards. Please complete one form per project.

A completed application does not guarantee funding approval. Applications will be reviewed by MnDOT Review Committee and evaluated based upon their ability to meet Minnesota's program objectives, evaluation criteria, and funding availability. At any time in the review process, the Office of Transit and Active Transportation may request additional information or clarification to properly evaluate the application. All applications will be considered within the confines of the statewide budget target.

Technology Evaluation: Describe how the proposed technology will remedy the issue identified above. What specific functions do you need the technology to provide? How does this technology improve your organization? How does this technology fit the baseline technology guide List page?*

Cite specifically where the proposed project is referenced in a plan. (TAM, transit development plan, 5-year transit system plan, regional transportation plan, local human service-public transit coordination plan or other planning process)*
